When typing consultation note and initial visit, I can type in paragraphs and separate items by extra lines, but when saved, none of this structure is conserved in the document. The document becomes one big paragraph, which is not what we are accustomed to reading.
It shows up in Win7 Home Premium and MacOs 6.4.11. The former OS is on a Toshiba laptop and the latter on a Dell Mini.
My word processing program is OpenOffice.
