No documents or history appear in the patient's summary

Hello. No documents or history appear in the patient’s summary. Even though he is in the ACL. On the demo site and on my local site as a physician.

This sounds like a nasty bug potentially. My quick testing on online demo showed that no menu is showing at top of patient summary screen with the physician/physician user.

Yep, a bad bug (but easy to fix). Here’s the fix:

Plan to get this out in a patch for 5.0.1 very soon(probably 3-5 days or so).
