New report based on demographics

Hi everyone ,
i am new to open-emr.
and i am trying to customize if for a friend , he needs reports based on Ethnicity and Race.
for example he wants to generate a report on how many patients from a certain Ethnicity had a specific problem or was treated in the last week or month .
so is there something like this . it is a kind of filter or group but using a build in demographic or a custom new demographic.

hi @joeray2021, this is missing from Reports->Clients->Patient List Creation, will work on a patch for v6.
