I discovered that the problem was not in Form.pm. Actually, it was an error involved in upgrading Ubuntu and it also updated sql-ledger. I had to rebuild the links to sql-ledger.conf. Then I went in to resave everything after I logged into sql-ledger/admin.pl. Now I cannot logged into my own username. I get login disabled and in openemr, I get
XML error: Invalid document end at line 10Fault: Code: 2 Reason ‘Invalid return payload: enabling debugging to examine incoming payload’
Can anyone help?
