Situation
Every time I rename a document, openEMR creates a message sent to me with the above reason in the text and lables the “Type” of message as “** Image Results **” with the obligatory “Fix This!” below it in red.

You can also turn on User Debugging under Administration->Globals->Logging User Debugging Options=>All
Is there a way to suppress this message from being created? I don’t need to be reminded that I renamed a document… Really, I don’t!
