I just finished a new form:

It’s not really finished, but ready to possibly do some practical work.
It’s called CAMOS (computer aided medical ordering system).
You can use categories and subcategories to organize items you would like to order and associate text with them.
Next, I would like to add some basic scripting ability to the text associated with an item to automate multiple entries into the billing table.
