Hi guys,

Any one has already passed the bridge on these forms? I found none in contrib folder.I remember Brady removed some of the old forms from code base sometime ago.
Anyway If there is no form,even some screen shots of a well thought out form would be nice.

If no one comes forth with their forms, there is the option of creating LBV forms using this and this.
