NationNotes - LBV Form width issues

I am experimenting with NationNotes in my test system, and have run in to a formatting issue. For some reason the width function does not output correctly. I have played around a bit, and have realized this only holds true for the Data Type ‘NationNotes’. When ‘Text Area’ is selected, it outputs correctly.

I think I am following the steps correctly.

I will post screenshots to show what I mean.
