I was amazed to see the concept of nation notes. But equally amazed to note that if you want to print them, you have to print s o a p on separate page and if you select to print it through reports, the formating is not only lost but distorted.

NationNotes can be constructed with SOAP notes and .jpeg files in one package. Learn to construct Layout Based Visit forms first. As Sam Hameed said: “The sky is the limit.” See his video tutorial on YouTube.
A faithful reproduction of the .jpeg file can be accomplished more efficiently with the original from the diagnostic device rather than printing from Report.
This is the vanilla (plain) version of OpenEMR. A fancier version can be had, with customization, doing it yourself or with professional support.
