Hi Visolve-
I can’t speak to how CDS uses lab results but this (attached) is what I’ve doing with Milton, importing HL7 lab resuls files. Hope it pertains to your situation.
And of course, if anybody catches any errors or something needs clarification I’d like to hear about it.
Regards- HT

Thank you Rod / Harley. Will check on the document and will try to set up results only interface.
Will get back on any further questions.

Hi Harley and Rod,

Is item b5 now ready for a retest? I’m thinking this will be the one

I still think Rod should be present during testing (and paid for being present; I am very confident OEMR will cover the cost of this).

Hi Brady, I wasn’t planning to charge for being available. Maybe in the future when OEMR is rolling in money.

I think it’s ready to retest but also feel it’s very important for Harley or someone else to do a dress rehearsal through the whole test process again in detail and look for any other gotchas. Something new seems to come up every time.

Don’t worry, I will continue to do multiple dress rehearsals before every testing just like I have always done. What I can’t rehearse is when the nature of some established screen object is deemed now unsuitable, or some other seudo-random manifestation of Mercury doing the moonwalk hoses the session.

This last session, after Milton decided we weren’t going to get usable data from the LRI site, we went through the rest of the steps and he ponounced them cool (as soon as the time zone thing was fixed). So, once again, I have hope for the next- no- last try.

It was indeed my pleasure, Jacob.

If we can get the rest of the remaining criteria, passed with such lightening speed; I can die a happy person.

b5a Labs testing is complete. Milton said it did everything he wanted.
Thanks Rod for lurking; it may have been the lucky charm.
Milton says his latest understanding is that he won’t submit until everything is ready so please let him know if that is not the plan.

And, yes, the plan is to not proceed with the certification until it is all complete(ie. the next stop will be Full certification). I’ll send Milton an email to confirm this.

Has there been any progress on this and is there a completion date in site?

Terry

bradymiller wrote on Sunday, June 05, 2016:

Hi Terry,

Yes. MU2 status report and discussion happens in the monthly OEMR board meeting. Check out most recent audio file if want to hear most recent status:
http://www.open-emr.org/wiki/index.php/OEMR_wiki_page#Meetings
(since that meeting, with following updates):

  1. Visolve has submitted code to pass c1-c3 items, which underwent review, and they will likely submit next revision over the weekend.
  2. ZH Healthcare submitted revised code for e3/f2 items, which underwent review, and awaiting next revision.

There’s also an updated overview on progress here:
