In India, the prescription pattern is different. It includes

Name Surname
Age  /gender
Address
Refering dr

Diagnosis

Treatment advised
1. diet
2. exercise
3. drug dose frequency duration
4. drug dose frequency duration
5. drug dose frequency duration
6.drug dose frequency duration

How can i modify the presciption format ?
I am using openemr on ubuntu

I am currently working on this as well.  I believe I have identified the files that need to be modified.

Patient.class.php
C_Presription.class.php

I think there should be some easier way to make modification easier. Not everybody understand php. Can some one help me getting the desirable result
