Modifying Menu on Left side

Hi, I am using Openemr 4.2.1 version. I need to modify the Menus on the left side. The menu should be displayed like this : For Administrators, should display all menu, for clinicians some menu which is required by them, and for Front Office, some menu for them. Likewise for each type of users.

Also, I need to display it on top portion. Is that possible? How to achieve this?

Hello,

Please goto - Administration -> ACL -> Groups and Access Controls. There you can activate the access privileges for corresponding groups.
