Paciente/Cliente
To Afiliados/clientes

how do I do that please?

Hello @ranksubmit,
To change the menu from “Paciente/Cliente” to “Afiliados/clientes” , you need to update the “lang_definitions” table with corresponding values.

Hi @ranksubmit and @visolveemr ,
Can modify translations at Administration->Other->Language->Edit Definitions. In this case, would edit the ‘Patient/Client’ constant for your language.

How did you install OpenEMR? I am guessing you set up openemr database separately and then installed OpenEMR after that. This caused you to incorrectly use latin1 encoding rather than utf8 encoding. If possible, recommend installing again and ensure you set the openemr database you create to use utf8 encoding.

Is this a new installation?

Are you using shared hosting?

When you ran setup.php to install OpenEMR, at step 1, did you choose “Have setup create the database” or “I have already created the database”?
