MIME type ('text/html') is not executable

Hi.

I had problem :
Refused to execute script from ‘***/interface/forms/eye_mag/js/eye_base.php?enc=5559&providerID=22’ because its MIME type (‘text/html’) is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.

My environment : php 7.1, Apache, HTTPS.
Someone help me.
