Migration from 5.01 to latest Docker

I am running Openemr 5.01 on Ubuntu Server 18.04LTS. The database has about 400 entries and some modifications were made to the forms. A decision was made to move to Openemr 5.02 on the Docker platform. I am completely new to Docker so would appreciate some help.
