How can more message types be added to better classify messages? Too many messages get classified as “other”. Adding to the “Status” was easy but adding more types is a problem.

It seems the number of entries in Administration/Lists/Message Status is entirely at the discretion of the user. Additions appear straightforward. Unclear where is the source of the problem.
