I have the OpenEMR installed on the Xampp. I was wondering if there is a way to increase the amount of memory that MySQL is using to get increase performance from the OpenEMR program. There is not a problem with the program at this point. Every thing is running well. I am hosting the program for a couple of doctors offices. The server has 4GB of RAM and a 1.2Ghz processor and 130+GB of hard drive space available. I just wanted to know if there were any tweaks I could do with memory.
