Hello colleagues,
I have problems to add practice_logo into header of report. I have already copied image practice_logo.gif in Images folder . But no logo appeared. I already tried tu use another formats (PNG) without success.
My settings of custom_report should be correct.

Using pre printed letterhead is an option, but it may not be an ideal solution if you can do it. From within openemr
