Mass attaching flat files to patients

Hello all, i am looking into setting up openemr 5.0 in a clinic. My customer has 4k flat word files for all of her patients. I cannot move all of her data since the structure is so inconsistent in the word docs and we need this deployed yesterday. So, i am just going to load basic info like name, dob, chart number. I need to know how to attach the patients respective word file to their patient record in mass.
