Main menue not avail after upg to 4.1. 1(7)

I upgraded from 4.0.1(9) to 4.1.1(7) and in the main menu I get this#
ERROR: query failed: SELECT * FROM code_types WHERE ct_active=1 ORDER BY ct_seq, ct_key

Error: Unknown column ‘ct_active’ in ‘where clause’
I cannot use any function of the main menu
I use Xampp .I installed first 4.1.1 , I patched  with N0 7 and I then restore the back up.
I would appreciate any help on this

By restoring your backup, you rolled back the database changes that accompanied the patch (assuming you completed the full patch procedure).  You need to run the upgrade script again.

Hi,

I just added Patch 7 to OpenEMR 4.1.1, v4.1.1 (7), to my Windows 7 computer running XAMPP 1.7.3, ran the upgrade script, cleared the cache, and restarted the computer and have the same problem as emhi.  Does anyone have any ideas?

My problem was that my OpenEMR version was 4.1.0 rather than 4.1.1.  Upgrading and patching fixed it.
