Login page not found

I performed a Fresh install of 4.0 and when I attempt to go to the login page (/openemr/interface/login/login_frame.php?site=default) the page is not found.

I don’t recall the details, but at one point as I was playing with OEMR3.2/400-cvs/4, the archive expanded into a directory named “openemr4”.  I had to re-name it to make it work with the usual settings.  Have you checked that “…/openemr/login.php” is where it should be?

Yes I had already renamed the directory to openemr.   When I attempt to use “openemr/login.php”  I get a blank page with no login or password box.

To correct this condition I had to create a new database and then reinstall openemr4.0.
