Situation
When I log in the web page appears as text only with no pop up Clicking on the text does not open a window either. I tried to upload a screen cap

Logs
Did you check the logs? Yes
Was there anything pertinent in them? No
The path to the styles, etc., is not correct somehow.
Can you view the source on that page in your browser and send a screenshot of the first 20ish lines?
I want to see what these lines say:
Does the style_superhero.css file exist?
Try clicking on that in the file there. Or navigate to http://192.168.1.1/openemr/public/themes/style_superhero.css and see if it gives you a 404 or not.
You may want to try logging in and changing the theme if it doesn’t exist.
Yeah so I tried to change that in settings and I am still getting it. It wont get rid of superhero and there your link gives me a 404
Also the settings would not let me change it

Got it…and it works and looks correct.
Now if I could just figure out how to get the ICD 10 codes to load
