I have been installing 2.9.0 on a virtual machine using Ubuntu server 8.04 so that I could check it out and see if it was ready for me to take it live in my office and I ran into a problem trying to use the load_doc_fees.plx utility.  It shows that it is inserting the codes and fees of the PFALL08A.TXT file somewhere but after it says it is done none of the codes show up in the superbill area for search or use.  I have been able to insert the ICD9, HCPCS, and FDA files without a hitch and this utility worked a year or so ago when I used it on previous versions of Openemr.  Any thoughts as to what is going on this time would be helpful.

About 5 months ago the fix to Rick’s problem was corrected. It was my fault by commenting out the MySQL ‘DO’ commands. The corrected code can be downloaded directly from CVS at this link:

Or, you can open up the perl code and uncomment the MySQL lines that ‘do’ the SQL calls.
