Load_doc_fees.plx in 3.2 issues

I just wanted to let Rod know that I was able to use his scripts in my windows 3.2 test box with the files for 2010 except for load_doc_fees.plx.  It would not insert any data into the database if the file was PFALL10A2.TXT but would still function with the file from 2009.  Just thought you would want to know.  Also as an aside the instructions for modifying the scripts for use under Windows leave out changing the 1st line in the file and when they give instructions on how to run it after you have done your changes the directory tree doesn’t take you down to the util folder.

I think the carrier codes have changed for 2010, so you have to check the documentation and put the right one into the program.  Make sure whatever you use matches up with something in column 2 of the data file.

  For 2010 files I changed the carrier code for the new one.  It did not work.   It works well with 08 and 08 PFALL files using the old Carrier code. 

The older files (09 and prior) have quotation marks around the data.  The 2010 files do not have quotation marks.  Would that be the difference?
