Situation
The backup system no longer works for me. The message that data are being dumped remains on screen for at least fourteen hours without completion.
OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 4.2.2

Browser: Safari
I’m using: Safari

Operating System
I’m using: Mac OS 10.13.4

Logs
Did you check the logs? Was there anything pertinent in them? Paste them here (surround with three backticks (```) for readability

Hi @Donald_Barnhorst,

Is this a docker install? Is there sufficient disk space to complete the backup? Do the most recent logs indicate any kind of error?

Additionally, we strongly recommend upgrading to the latest version for security and support reasons.
