It is easier to install the Package than to install OpenEMR with WAMP.

Openemr-4.2.0 uses php namespace which requires a minimum of PHP v 5.3.0 to support the display of left_nav.php(left menu). So please verify the php version you use and consider upgrading the PHP version if necessary.
