LBV form empty nationnotes title in encounter print view

When on the encounter Summary tab, if you click on the “print” button for an LBV form the printable version seems to include the titles for nationnotes sections that have not been filled in.

This also seems to force the group title / grey bar to appear for just the title of the nationotes which is empty.

This seems to happen if a text-date field is empty as well.

It arises due to that empty values are not restricted while printing.
Code can be customised to process the requirement.
