LBF missing layout box for size

Hi,

I have notice a problem we are having with the LBF editor and was hoping someone can point me to where to find the fix for the issue
Here is the screen shot of what a virgin install looks like:

When we try to create a new group it pops up the window saying that the Size needs to be between 1 - 999. Well, I finally found the code that pops up the error message but can’t quite but my finger on the code to fix the missing size box issue.

Has any one had and fixed this problem?

problem solved:

The files are identical now and they both work and everything is working. The problem between the two files were not html but the customlist table did not get created and that is where the error was. not in the code.
