Building a ROS from the lbf and ran into the default check box not working or am I thinking of it wrong? Before I go looking for a bug that is not there. Can any one let me know if the default check box means what it suggest that that selection is to be the default selection in the form meaning that box is checked by default when the from is opened?

If the default box worked in the past, it does not presently.

All of my 9 Eye Forms are available from the Layout Based drop down menu whether or not the default boxes are checked.
