We have been got strucked while following the below steps. Can you please share your thoughts regarding the issue.
- Created a new list in the Layout-Based Visit Forms.
- Added a new field for the new list with Source as Patient and data type as Nation Notes.
- Edited the Nation notes by including 5 rows.
- Selected the corresponding list under Layout Based in encounter form. But it displays only two rows instead of five. Attached the screenshot for your reference.
