I am new to this forum and using OpenEMR Ver 5.0.1 for a family medicine clinic in Sri Lanka.
For the diagnosis codes we have the ICPC2 (installed manually) and the ICD-10.
For medications we have a local generic - brand name list plus the RxNorm.
I need to obtain a laboratory test list with the normal values for ordering and printing with manual test result entry by the clinic staff. We do not have pathology lab reporting facilities that are sent via secure connections by the labs.
