Lab Integration to Send and Receive Lab Results

Hi,

This must be pretty straight forward but somehow I am not able to figure this out. How can I connect openEMR 4.1.1 (currently running from my clinic) to a remote lab to send and receive results? I am aware that we need to use HL7 standards to encrypt/decrypt patient information/results but how can we do that in openEMR? Not able to understand Administration -> Globals -> Connectors settings. Can somebody please help?

Most of the features you will need are part of 4.1.2.
