Issue with system reports

Hello
I have an issue with system reports, when i request a reports from the system, system will automatically freeze and i can’t do anything with it!!

the issue with the following reports:
1- Blank forms
2- Procedure reports
3- Financial reports

really i didn’t test the rest of the reports, but it is really major issue for me and i need help to solve it.

Did you install the package or OpenEMR separately?

If OpenEMR had been installed separately, check that the settings are correct.

If you are uncertain how to change the settings, re-install one of the packages from Downloads. Any of the packages will be properly pre-configured.
