Issue: prescriptions in V4.2.2. with PHP7

I have an old CentOS server with PHP5.3. upgraded OEMR to v4.2.2 and it works fine.
I also have a Win7 machine with PHP7.0 but there prescription does not work see screenshot. Please advice how to fix this.

What are you seeing in the php error log when you see this screen?
