Encounter Deletion cause an issue in the following scenario ( Tabs Mode)
Created an encounter.
Include a clinical instructions form for that particular encounter.
Now on deleting the encounter it displaying the query on the pop window.Once we closed that alert,the encounter summary screen stands still as same, no update on that screen.
Though the encounter is deleted, it allow us to add a new forms for that deleted encounter.Attached the screen shot for reference.
By fixing this issue we can avoid the duplicate forms in forms table.
