Hi morevishal,

In OpenEMR version 4.2.2 and above , We can able to send Patient Reminders via mail.
But to send mail reminder for Appointments in OpenEMR , we need to customize the code .

So @brady.miller at the moment, in thunderbird its a manual process in reality to send an email for notifications?

can the process be automated such that as soon as the appointment is created, the notification email is sent automatically by openemr? (via thunderbird or phpmail?)
