Is there a way to set the Calendar time to 24 hours format?

Tried to set Adminstration -> Globals -> Locale to display time in 24 hours format. However, that doesn’t seem to apply to the calendar time.

Is there a way to configure the calendar to display time in 24 hours format?

Currently in OpenEMR, there is no provision to display the time in 24 hours format in Calendar section. If we need to display the time in Calendar section with 24 hours time format, we need to customise the codes for Calendar section.
