Is there a way to make the Categories always expanded by default?

Is it possible to expand the Documents three by default for all users?
If I expand a Category (folder) it keep expanded until I close (or collapse all). Then it keep collapse until I change it back.

But, is there a way for the Document three to always expand the first time it load.

This can be achieved through code customization. And here is the commit link of the feature, to expand the document tree by default on load.
