Is default apis available to fetch and display information

Is Default apis provide by openemr to fetch below features and display in 3rd party website/app ? There is no need to write custom apis right ?

Fetching Allergy information of patient

Download prescription

Reschedule and cancel appointments

sms/otp or email message after booking, rescheduling or cacelling appointment.

Appointment notifications to patient app before 24 hours

Make online payments when booking

View invoices and billing history of payment

Download payment receipts
