I agree with the frames issue. It bugs the crap out of me too. But what else do you believe is lacking in OpenEMR? Share some specifics? What are you trying to do that isn’t working for you?

I was specifically referring to use of OpenEMR from the iPod Touch with the built-in Safari browser. With a little more practice, I am finding it is not as bad as I first thought. Entering text is about as slow as a Treo thumb keyboard but no worse. Once you get used to zooming in and out, it works well.
