Interneal Server Error - Help

Hello Again,

I managed to fix my last issue, but now I’m having this issue.

I install Opem EMR and everything works fine, restart my server and I get this error when trying to access the EMR.

500 Internal Server Error

The request was not completed. The server met an unexpected condition.

    184.168.87.128/~firedr/ams/ (port 80)

Please forward this error screen to 184.168.87.128’s WebMaster.
Apache/2.2.17 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.17 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at 184.168.87.128 Port 80

Any clues as to whats creating this error?

What operating system?  You say it works fine until you reboot?
