This is the second time I am posting this. Not sure what happened to the first post but anyway fresh install getting this error when clicking the manage module button and Administration\ Globals:

*The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Odd when you hover over the link to any of the global settings it says http://10.10.10.10:81/play/javascript-tabbed-navigation/ Play is outside of the openemr path. Is this by design?
