And out of curiosity I looked it up also. It seems that GHealth can be exported to ccr files. API info is here

Alternatively can we use a virtual appliance of OpenEMR with personal health info stored in the MySQL OpenEMR database, on a keydisk (< 2-4 GB), as a portable personal EMR which can just be plugged into any doctors PC.
