Installing individual modules from git

I am having a real difficult time settling on a manner of completing our patient notes. I have attempted to use the default encounter forms and the CAMOS module, but both have provided a number of issues.

The default method of printing an encounter note is erroneously providing the billing address as opposed to the service facility and does not contain any method of formatting (i.e. - bold, center justify, separate paragraphs, etc.). The CAMOS module seemed like a good solution, but my lack of programming knowledge is preventing me from adding a custom header and/or the associated service facility.

Upon further research, I learned of the NationNotes module created by ZH Healthcare. I made a git account and attempted to download the module and add it to my current installation. After an entire morning wasted on failed attempts, I am left with the only option of turning to the community.

Is there be a painless way to add the NationNotes module to my current installation, or would this involve a resintallation of the current dev version? I could really use a bit of guidance here.

If you have not received any professional offers for help yet, feel free to email myself at brady@sparmy.com . I’m just a volunteer in the project, but I will gladly provide you with a list vendors that can help you for your specific project.
