# Installation stucked at step 3

**Situation**  
I am new to OpenEMR, looking to use it for a final year project in school. During the installation phase @setup tools section in step 3, it is stuck at “creating database …” for almost an hour. Is this normal ?

**OpenEMR Version**  
I’m using OpenEMR version 7.0.0

**Browser** :  
I’m using: Mozilla Firefox

**Operating System**  
I’m using: Linux Ubuntu
