Has anyone succeeded in hosting Open-EMR on BLUEHOST. If not, what low-cost ISP has been successful in hosting Open-EMR?

Would really appreciate if I could be given some guidance on how to go about on this pls, as there’s no access to the root of the server, plus no command line. Server is based on CentOS Regards.
