Installation difficulty for openemr 4.2.0 on 1and1 shared host

My openemr installation works partially, but seems to have some difficulties with the calendar functions. I am getting this screen on login (attached screenshot)

I’m sure this is a simple fix, but I can’t find it. Any help appreciated.

Based on the screenshot shared, looks like an error with the timezone configuration.

Can you try updating the date.timezone parameter in php.ini file.
