I can’t believe WAMP new package is the trouble maker. I switched back to my old 1.4.4 package. That is loading the setup files correctly.

I have the same problem. what is exactly the issue here? Is this a bug? 1.4.4 package refers to wamp or openemr. Am a newbie and still evaluating if openemr is the right software for a small clinic.

Hi guys just stepping in here to let you know that the most recent version of XAMPP that is usable with OPENEMR is 1.4.16 with PHP turned back to 4. Also go over to OEMR.org and go to the wiki to look at Sam Bowen’s instructions on how to get OPENEMR to install on a Windows XP platform it is helpful.

I am using WAMP 5 with PHP5 and MySQL - 5.0.22-community-nt.
I’ve just read in some other threads that there are compatibility issues with this php and mysql. So shall I just wait for this to get resolve?
