I was interested to see what improvements were made to the immunization tool, but I encountered the following error. Am I missing data or is this something I should go ahead and fix?

The other thing I noticed is that the “Date of Vis statement” should refer to the document date as specified by the govt, its not the same date as the date the VIS statement was given to the patient.
Sometimes on a slow connection the datatable library times out and gives back different types of errors depending what the fetch was or ensure an sql upgrade wasn’t missed. If it isn’t repeatable every time, chances are it is from a timeout or running out of connections to mysql.
It happens immediately. Zero lag.
Turn your cvx codes on in Lists->Codes. would’nt hurt to not allow the CVX option if turned off in Lists.

That worked, Thank you. I am working with several different databases and the database I used for my local 5.0.1 didn’t have the CVX list turned on.
Hmmm, that kind of stuff never happens too me…
