I'm getting error 404

When I go to patient --> New/Search and clicked on search button,
Patient list is displayed. When I select one of the patient, I get.
HTTP Error 404.0 Resource removed, name changed, or temporarily unavailable

I’m also getting a 404 error when I clicked on portal dashboard.

Can I assume you’re using the frames menu style?
If so switch to Tabs. Looks like a bug in Tabs.
